The IPR is required to be terminated within one year in principle, and in the IPR (IPR2023-00206) concerning US Patent No. 9943096 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘096 patent), which is mentioned in the article, Motif’s arguments were accepted and the ‘096 patent was found to be invalid as to all challenged claims.
